- Avoid heavy filters, blurry images, and photos with important details cut off.
- For family or couple designs, choose an image where everyone is clearly visible.
- Check all names, dates, and personalization notes before submitting your order.
We review each personalized order before production. If the photo is unsuitable or we need clarification, we may contact you using the details provided with your order.
Please only upload images you own or are authorized to use. We use submitted photos to process your order and do not use them in marketing without separate permission.
