What will I receive?
You are ordering a physical T-shirt with your chosen design. All WhiteArt T-shirts are printed on demand after you place your order.
Where are your products printed and shipped from?
We work with printing partners in the United States and Europe. All our products are shipped from the United States or Europe.
How do I choose a size?
Compare the measurements in our T-shirt size guide with a T-shirt you already own. The measurements refer to the garment, not your body. Check the product page for the available sizes.
Can I personalize my T-shirt?
Personalization is available on selected products. Follow the instructions on the product page and double-check any names, dates, photos and other details before ordering.
When will my order arrive?
Each T-shirt needs to be printed before it can be shipped. Production and delivery are separate stages. For questions about a particular order or a date you have in mind, contact us before ordering.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item. We will review the problem and help resolve it.
